It is the policy of the company to ensure that each project activity is undertaken and executed to the highest standard and conforms to both client requirements and satisfaction and best practice
Implementation of this policy is the responsibility of every member of staff starting from the Directors whose policy decisions enable the correct action to be implemented throughout the organization.
The project directors are responsible for implementing and maintaining this policy on each project. All employees and associates will be made aware of the importance of achieving this policy, which will be reviewed periodically to ensure its continued suitability and applicability to the company's activities.
The Company sets out the policy, procedures, and operating practices to be followed. Every member of staff is to be familiar with this policy and the detailed procedures and practices applicable, to their area of work. These procedures and practices are subject to regular monitoring and updating as and when necessary. The commitment to continuous improvement is persistent at all levels of the organization.
The quality system has full support from senior management and together with the supporting procedures and work instructions ensures that activities are controlled in a manner compatible with achieving contractual obligations effectively. It is mandatory that all staff adhere to the documented company procedures in order to achieve a consistent approach to Quality Assurance.
The company is fully committed to maintaining a Quality Management System which meets the requirements of ISO 9001: 2008.
In view of the company activities with the contribution of all levels of staff, the company has established a set of Quality Objectives across the whole organization, which are set at Management Review meetings and are monitored on a regular basis.

HSE POLICY
Our policy is to provide and maintain safe and healthy working conditions, equipment, and systems of work for all our employees and to provide such information, training and supervision as they are needed for this purpose. We also accept our responsibility for the health and safety of other people who may be affected by our activities. The allocation of duties for safety matters and the particular arrangements necessary for the implementation of the policy are as shown on the safety organization chart. The policy will be kept up to date, particularly as the business changes in nature and size. To ensure this, the policy and the way in which it operates will be reviewed every year.
